First... What is a Private Irrevocable Express Trust?
A private irrevocable express trust is a legally binding document that transfers assets from a grantor to a trustee for the benefit of private beneficiaries.
"Private" means the trust is not a public entity, "irrevocable" means it cannot be easily changed or revoked after creation, and "express" signifies that it was intentionally and explicitly created by a written agreement. This type of trust is often used for estate planning to protect assets from creditors, reduce estate taxes, and avoid probate.
NOTE: Private entities are distinct from public ones because they are not owned or controlled by a state or local government.

About Carlton Albert Weiss (the author of Weiss's Concise Trustee Handbook)

He was a private investigator in the 70's and 80's.  His business focused on penetrating asset protection entities.  In doing so, he found that most entities were prepared by attorneys that used legislative statutes instead of Common-Law rights (or Natural Law (Gods Law) rights).   He found that the statutory nature of these strategies made them easily penetrated.  Carlton went on to teach big collection agencies how to penetrate pure trust and other faulty entities.  Carlton's Trust Indenture's are founded in Natural Law.  Most others use Equity Law or Common Law as a foundation.  Carlton's Trust Indentures that are based with Natural Law, are the only type of trust that (when done correctly) are safe from courts and government.

Carlton Weiss's Concise Trustee Handbook"  is a GREAT source to learn about Private Irrevocable Express Trust.  It is super precise and concise.  It contains bookmarks that back up the information within.  At first it will seem overwhelming, but its really not bad.  Its really only about 46 pages and each page isn't full because there are bookmarks at the bottom.  So don't be intimidated.  It does cover a lot, but it is not an overwhelming amount of material.  Carlton is very complex and does communicate very intricately and is hard to comprehend in certain areas, but he does provide amazing concise and precise information.  Below you will find access to free Audio Files of each Chapter of the Handbook, so that you can download them and listen to them over and over.  It is recommended to read the handbook multiple times and to also listen to the handbook audio files, multiple times, until you feel that you are ready to start trying to apply the knowledge.

Do you know how to protect your home, vehicle or business if the worst were to happen where you got into a lawsuit or hunted down by creditors?

If not, your hard earned assets could be easily seized.

Maybe you’ve got an LLC or other corporate entity to protect your assets, which can be quite helpful, but it still doesn’t guarantee your assets will be protected from a lawsuit or seizure...

You may or may not already know that trusts are the best form of asset protection available. However, do you know which type of trust offers the most privacy & security?

If not, there’s a good chance your trust could be pierced - leaving everything exposed - even if it’s drafted by an upstanding attorney.

In fact, more than 90% of trusts can be pierced by the IRS (called a grantor trust)!

Because there’s only ONE type of trust that is impenetrable (when operated properly).

A Private Irrevocable Express Trust!
It’s hands-down the absolute BEST form of asset protection available - no exaggeration!
